CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS - CONSUMER RIGHTS

            If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the

distance contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance

Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased. Shipping costs, which are product selection, will be paid by the buyers. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 40 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract. The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, if any, and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller has to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning of this situation. The total cost must be returned to the buyer within 14 days.

 

             If the Purchased Product Price is not Paid:

İf the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records. The seller's obligation to deliver the product ends. Purchases Made with Unauthorized Use of the Credit Card Received. If, after the seller's delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card paid by the buyer has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product has not been paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution,the Buyer shall pay the shipping fee of the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days.

                       If the Received Product Is Not Delivered on Time for Unforeseen Reasons:

In case of force majeure that the seller cannot deliver the product and  the Buyer is informed the product cannot be delivered. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar product, or the delay of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order;

If he made the payment in cash, this fee will be paid to him in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

If the buyer made the payment by credit card and canceled it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

                               Buyer's Obligation to Control the Product

The buyer should inspect the goods/services before receiving them - dents, broken, torn packaging etc. damaged

and defective goods / services will not be received from the cargo company.

The received goods/services will be considered undamaged.

The BUYER has to carefully protect the goods/services after receiving them. Within the scope of the right

of withdrawal: goods/services should not be used. The invoice must be returned along with the product.

Period of Right of Withdrawal

If a good/service is purchased by the buyer, this 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract.  The right to return cannot be exercised before the expiry of the right to return in the goods/service contracts where the goods/services are started to be performed with the approval of the consumer. The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and the product has not been used within the framework of the "Products" provisions. It is regulated in this contract that the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Exercise of the Right of Return

The invoice of the product delivered to the person or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns issued on behalf of the invoice cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

Return policy

The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and to return the goods within 20 days.

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's losses in proportion to the defect. However, the BUYER is not responsible for the changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the period of the right of withdrawal. In case of falling below the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.

Products for which the Right of Withdrawal will not be Used

Underwear, swimwear and bikini bottoms, disposable products, which are prepared according to the buyer's request or clearly personal needs and  products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if the package is opened by the BUYERafter delivery to the BUYER. refund is not possible as per the regulation.

In addition, before the expiry of the right of return, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal regarding the services that have been started with the approval of the consumer, as per the Regulation. In order to return personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikini bottoms, disposable products,  their packages must be unopened, untested, intact and unused.

State of Default and Legal Consequences

The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the bank, also be liable to the bank in case of default, in the case of making the payment  transactions by credit card. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; may claim the costs and attorney's fees to arise from the BUYER, and in any case, in the event that the BUYER defaults due to its debt, the BUYER accepts that he will pay the damage and loss suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
